First crypto of the day will be #IOC .

History: #IOC started more than 4 years ago without conducting an ico, that was really fair launch. After 4 years of development we can see a lot of features but low communities interst.
Tech: Own blockchain, POS algorythm called Cipher (staking - 4% annuall returns), secure encrypted messaging system, encrypted file transfer, Aliases, Private Transactions, Stealth addresses and incoming Chameleon that will improve IOC with more features.
Tokenomics:
Circulating supply: 17 mln tokens
Market cap: $4,114,599
Exchanges: Bittrex.
Price Targets: Previuos ATH was at abot $8 so during the next bullrun I'm expecting movements to 2-3-4 USD and maybe renewing ATH. That means that from todays $0.23 #IOC can make 10x - 20x - 40x easily.
Negative moments: Low volumes because of low marketing activity. Team didn't make an ICO 4 years ago, so they don't have enough free money to shill or PnD their coin; not much crypto people heard about #IOC and it can be traded only on Bittrex.
Positive moments: Low price, huge technological background, possible new exchanges and upcoming #Chameleon will bring attention to the project, what will cause increased volumes and price. And of course, as a little secret: when #Chameleon will come, each #IOC holder will receive 2 CHAM tokens for 1 IOCoin !
Risks:
- Bittrex delisting ( nothing to worry about right now, but what if..? )
- All time low is -10x from todays price, so there is still a lot of place to fall
- If community won't pay enough attetion t o#IOC it will not grow as we expect.
Conclusion: With a medium risks #IOC has a great potential to grow, the highest price I can see now is about $16 (~x69 from todays price) but it's very optimistic. In fact, if you have free space into your altfolio then look at #IOC , it might be a good chance to buy cheap coins, gain profits from price growth and Chameleon 2:1 distribution.
