You know my love for mindful walks to recharge and regenerate whenever I have some time. It has become part of my routine for years now.

"Wonder walks" are like meditation for me. They contribute to me reflecting on the week just past, the week ahead and how blessed I am to be in my life right now. It’s a pause in my crazy busy mind so I can breathe and relish on the beauty of things, like this setting in Beaugrenelle Shopping Centre, a place flooded with light and great vibes.

I really like this quote from Lewis Howes who said that “meditation is like flossing for the brain”’. For Jay Shetty, “meditation helps remove the weeds growing in the mind”. 🌾

Like brushing my teeth, meditation is part of my routine, for greater energy and productivity and to better enjoy what I’ve been given.
