I finally have these two projects stained and sealed. Both pieces are cut from the same piece of walnut slab.
Painting is not my favorite part of any project and I always seem to procrastinate finishing them off. This eagle carving was one of my first projects on my CNC and I'm just getting around to finishing it a few months later. And that's only because I had two to do and more coming behind it.
One final piece is to put some hangars on the back and they'll be ready for a wall somewhere.
All in all, I'm happy with how they turned out for some beginner CNC carves. I've learned a lot and am improving each carve I do and each mistake I make.
