RE: The IPCC Exposed

i have watched and listened to james for years and i wont stop, but over time something is bugging me. as a sys admin / hacker etc james understanding of tech is NOT good and he often makes mistakes, james is also not a climate scientist so i guess what im really asking for is instead of this offhand dismissal thing which james has got into, can we maybe try and present the facts with a little less bias ? the whole reason i started watching was the logical and factual reporting but nowadays its getting a bit more.... biased. ok maybe james is playing to his audience and they are the ones paying i suppose, but i think long term its not a good strategy. i was watching the vid 'smart tech and the end of privacy' last night and there wasnt just things i didnt agree with there were massive glaring technical errors reproduced with rolling eyes as though its the norm by two people who - lets face it - dont know anything at all about computers. dont get me wrong i detest alexa and all that crap, but you should really get your facts straight if you are going to talk about it. i could go through that podcast and rip both of you to pieces over that. in future if you need technical advice on a particular issue, ask me or someone who knows before you start spouting it on the internet. the way you described phone surveillance and alexa 'accidentally' mailing some dudes friend was absolutely facepalm. you got the tech details completely wrong and furthermore you left out significant information so what you were saying sounded way worse than what it actually was. i am sure your usual sycophants wont pull you up on this, so youre lucky you have me :) no offence n that, love your reporting james but lets not get carried away with stuff eh ? :)
