THE PRACTICE OF LEADERSHIP IN BUSINESS AND LIFE

THE PRACTICE OF LEADERSHIP

Leadership is not a state but in practice.

It is not a status but what we do.

It is not an art to describe but an act to demonstrate.

Leadership is identified with the emblem of excellence.

Daniel took the lead among the appointees of the king in Babylon

because of an excellent spirit that was in him.

That spirit usually moves people to the top. Daniel 6:1-3

But excellence is born out of improvement.

We excel as we improve.

When we are tired of improvement, then we are done with excellence.

As it were, seeking improvement is striving for excellence.
