JOY LIKE A RIVER IN MY SOUL.
IT IS BECAUSE I’VE BEEN REDEEMED, YES I’VE BEEN REDEEMED,
YES I’VE BEEN REDEEMED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIED.
Joy becomes satisfying when you are able to impact others with it. Joy concealed does not make for fulfilling impact. While shepherds watched their flocks by night, the angel of the Lord appeared with the awesome message of the birth of Jesus in their city.
It was tagged as good tidings of great joy meant for all people. There is hardly anything you receive from God that is not meant to spread to reach out favorably to some other person. God told Abraham that He was going to bless him and make him a blessing. Everything you have that makes for joy comes with an agenda for you to reach out to someone else with it and create same joy in his or her life. The contagious nature of joy is what makes it very fulfilling.
This is a season of celebration, it is not at all how happy you can be, the real issue is how well you are able to spread the joy of the season. Life is all about how much of it you are able to spread. It is not all about how happy you can be, but how much of it you are able to spread.
The Bible says in James 4:3,- “Ye ask, and receive not, because, ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your own lusts”.
Seeking to have it all for yourself is a quest without divine guarantee. Having it to reach out to others for fulfilling joy is what secures heaven’s guarantee. Hannah sought for a child to give back to God in worship and it was a done deal with God.
Do not sit at the receiving end. Scriptures affirm that“It is more blessed to give than to receive"Act 20:35.
Seeking to reach out to others with that wherewith you have been blessed makes for resounding increase: “There is that scattereth and yet increaseth” Proverbs 11:24.
The increase that is sure to come in “scattering” causes you to abound in joy and it is fulfilling. Reach out to somebody today in love and experience God’s fulfilling joy.
