It is written; But God demonstrate His own love towards us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8. This is what the gospel is all about, it is about the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The gospel is the power of God to save the world. God created mankind for a love relationship with Himself, God desired to be a father unto us but after the fall of man, man lost her relationship with God.
But because the plans and purposes of God cannot be nullified, He had to send his only begotten son Jesus Christ to die for you and me on the cross. As it is written; for God so love the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting (eternal) life.
The Bible tells us that the wages (price) of sin is death but God’s gift is eternal life through Jesus Christ. That is to say, after Adam sinned, man was legally destined for condemnation in hell but God in His infinite mercies had His to plan to save you and I and that is why Jesus had to come in form of man, he took our place and paid the price of sin by dying a cruel death on the cross just for you and I.
And today the Bible says; that God did not send His Son to condemn us, but that we will be saved through Him. Whoever believes in Jesus, whoever believes in the sacrificial death of Jesus, will be saved but whoever does not believe in Jesus is already condemned. This is what the good news is all about dear friends…
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Salvation comes from Him alone.
Jesus is standing at the door of your heart, knocking. Today you have heard him knocking, open up your heart and accept Him as your Lord and Saviour. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done in the past, He still loves you. You may be engaged in sinful activities but He still loves you and wants you to be saved.
If you want to give your life to Jesus Christ, all you have to do right now is to make up your heart to repent and turn to the way of Life and ask Jesus to save you. (Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Joel2: 32).

Lord Jesus, thank you for loving me and dying for me on the cross. Your precious blood washes me clean of every sin. You are my Lord and my Saviour, now and forever. Thank you for giving me eternal life, and filling my heart with your peace and Joy. Amen
