While I do love plain cookies, or sugar cookies, or whatever kind really, there is something so perfect about the addition of chocolate chips. When they are hot and fresh, the chips melt and spread a chocolate goo into every wonderful bite. Moist, fresh cookies, hot and piping, are absolutely the best thing ever and instantly bring a smile to my face. There is something so spiritual and relaxing about a day spent baking and enjoying life.
