China Mobile, Huawei Focused on User Experience

China Mobile and Huawei jointly launched the Network Experience Index (NEI) which is designed to promote a better user experience through innovative and intelligent data analysis.

Companies said in a statement, the mobile world conglomerate launched in Shanghai is a network assessment model that "implements the classic indexing principle for measuring the users' network experience".

He explained that the index uses the scientific method focused on artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and large data, which supports operators operating in informed business decisions to provide users "a better digital experience".
