This is the sky I encountered when I traveled to Cardiff in June 2018.
Interestingly I remember back in 2013 when I lived in Augsburg, Germany the sky looked even worse than that.
Could it be the replacement agenda in Germany cost too much money so the deep state can't afford proceeding with the 'climate engineering' and their chemtrails?
In Auckland (NZ) back in 2016, I saw no chemtrails whatsoever. Even living more than a year so close to the international airport.
