How i visited a school where not even one child has a school bag,in a rural community in Nigeria.

It's quite sad to know that in this 21st century ,where education is a major factor, some children still finds it difficult to get access to quality education.

After writing to universal basic Education board to give us the names of some schools where children finds it difficult to go to school,we were directed to this school in nassarawa state of Nigeria.

As a part of our scholarship scheme for orphans,we decided to pay the school a visit to see how we could be of help to some orphaned children. What we saw in the school was demoralising. We discovered not even a child has a school bag,no books and some don't even have uniforms. We decided to buy school bags, books, provided uniforms to those who doesn't have and of course, paid school fees for some children who could not afford to pay,so they can remain in school to join other students to learn.

It's quite sad how some children would have to go to the farm with their parents while their mates are in school. There are so many out of school children in that community.

We look forward to helping more children because we believe, life is not about duration but about donation.
