Hello ! Today is day 3 . I am up again , but its not a problem because the picture is after my dinner ,anyway.
3th day at gym . I feel so good. A lot of motivation , probably my discipline is not as I want but I have time to change it.
Today I will show you my meals as well .As I said I will start with baby steps and probably after day 20-25 we will see some difference .
