Chakras are non-Physical energy centers. Chakra is a sanskrit word that literally translates to Wheel. These wheels of energy correspond to the major glands within the body. There are 7 Chakras located from the base of the spine to top of the head. When a Chakra is blocked, Spinning too slow/fast it will cuase "dis-ease" in the body.

Root Chakra :

The root chakra (aka Mulahadhara) is the first chakra located at the base of the spine (information highway, sending messages all throughout the body) in connection to the reproductive organs, immune system, and large intestine. Known as the foundation chakra, It is responsible for grounding, survival, and basic physical needs such as food & shelter. It allows a sense of stability, safety, relaxation, and confidence.
