Ginebra es también reconocido por ser uno de los municipios turísticos y gastronómicos mas importantes en El Valle del Cauca. De camino a uno de sus restaurantes que se encuentra en el kilometro 3 vía a Costa Rica, llegamos al restaurante el Molino Viejo el cual tiene una historia de mas de 200 años donde el molino de agua era utilizado para lavar el arroz que era comúnmente sembrado en los alrededores de Ginebra.
Lleve mi cámara para tomar un par de fotos y me encontré con un grupo de Guajalotes, reconocidos también como Bimbos o Pavos. Al seguirlos de cerca sintieron mi presencia y como gesto de preservación se resguardaron sin duda alguna en lo que sería su mejor escudo, su cola real.

Ginebra is also known for being one of the most important tourist and gastronomic municipalities in the departament of Valle del Cauca. On the way to one of its restaurants located at kilometer 3 via Costa Rica, we arrived at El Molino Viejo restaurant which has a history more than 200 years where the water mill was used to wash the rice that was commonly planted in the outskirts of Ginebra.
I took my camera to take a couple of photos and I found a group of Guajalotes, also recognized both as Bimbos or Pavos, in order to follow them closely they felt my presence and as a gesture of preservation they took shelter without doubt in their best shield, it´s beautiful royal tail .
