Hello my dears, here's my take on the story by @fernando.lubezki a.k.a the neopornographer called Metaphors of a bad poet
The story won one of @celfmagazine and @sndbox contests. And now I participate in another by illustrating it
When I read it I immediately thought of ancient sculptures, so androgynous and at the same time so erotic.
The central character of this story uses a metaphor: "to lose a petal" as a sign of the fragility of our bodies.
Whoever exposes himself to his object of desire slowly consumes himself.
Love disintegrates you, love consumes you.
A flower that shines and does not lose its petals is a momentary gesture, the truth is that its beauty is fleeting away.
Only the erotic body carved in the stone remains and yet its beauty is not in its form, hit by the waves of the mediterranean sea for many centuries, but in the history of its existence.
Love disintegrates you, love consumes you.
Only the erotic body carved in the stone remains and yet its beauty is not in its form, hit by the waves of the mediterranean sea for many centuries, but in the history of its existence.
Flowers are a fragile act in the universe, the stone although eternal, also reminds us of the fragility of our beaten bodies.
