Suzuki Swift Sport 2018 Review & Road Test | Planet Auto

In the past if you wanted a hot hatch the decisions was quite a difficult one... The Ford Fiesta ST, Vauxhall Corsa VXR, Renault Clio Sport, VW Polo GTI and many many more. Well the decision has just got that bit more difficult with the new Suzuki Swift Sport, costing much less than some of it's rivals but with a impressive power to weight ratio weighing 975Kg and producing 140 PS, its definitely worth considering.

The model we tested cost £17,999 and came fully loaded, with everything from metallic paint to adaptive cruise control and not to forget the punch 1.4L turbo engine which can launch the Swift Sport from 0-60 MPH in 8.1 Seconds.

In Planet Auto tradition we traveled from the Midlands up to the Lake District and back, putting the car through its paces taking a look at the practicality, functionality, what its like to drive and then answer the important question... Is this the car for you?
