The E46 M3 is regarded by many to be the best M3 generation ever made, after all it was one of the much successful m car's that bmw has ever produced. The 333hp 3.2 liter S54 naturally aspirated inline 6 engine is BMW finest non turbo inline 6 engine that they ever created, equipped with crisp and ultra responsive individual throttle bodies the motor revved all the way to 8000rpms. Such a cool car that finding the redline was equal to spotting a unicorn because there was a led indicator that rpm was safe to rev to before the engine was at full operating temperature. The E46 M3 with the spectacular Laguna seca Blue paint happens to be my favorite M3 of all time especially the ultra rare M3 CSL which had 355 hp carbon fiber bits and legendary ohlins racing coilovers. I have very fond memories of the E46 M3, years ago I experienced one out of control creating donuts around an empty parking lot first hand and I swear that I heard violins playing in the foreground.
