This got started and had its ICO in Japan. It's going to be a great ride after Nov.1 for this project. Even though the roadmap is not out yet, Charles has vaguely pointed at certain markets and general time frames.
I think you're spot on about the whale investors. The more Cardano shows what they have, the more big investments it will draw.
Regardless of the market implications, this project is massive and impressive.
