@tecnosgirl told me if I freeze my grinder that it would be very easy to remove the kief from it, and my god was she right.
I scraped all of this off just the top part of my grinder (I didn't freeze the bottom part, just did the top as a test).
After giving it a good shake to sift the kief through to the catch I was left with this, which I added to my hash collection.
