April 20th (4/20)
is a special holiday for stoners all around the world. In big cities like Vancouver, there is celebration/protest on that day where people gather to buy and consume cannabis together in public. I started going to 4/20 at the Vancouver Art Gallery with @drutter in 2010 when I moved to the area. Here's some pics from my 4/20 experiences over the years.4/20 2011 spilling out onto Howe St. from the Vancouver Art Gallery

I got to vend edibles for Budzilla Dispensary with @drutter at the VAG. We pulled an all-nighter on 4/19 getting ready, then arrived at 4:20AM on 4:20! The cops were staring us down and recording us all day, but we had a blast. In 2016, the "main" event moved away from the VAG to Sunset Beach, but there was still an amazing turnout at the VAG.4:20AM on 4/20, 2016

A small turn out for the VAG. This year I helped run the $2dab station with @drutter. They ordered a few too many cops for the event, but they turned out useful for photo-ops.
See you in 2018 for another civilly disobedient 4/20 in Vancouver. If you can't wait, check out @drutter's youtube channel for more 4/20 footage: https://www.youtube.com/drutter
