First morning with my new griddle and absolutely enjoying every minute cooking on it! Here is the end result! 
I started with cooking one of my favorite sides... grits! They’re a southern thing haha but here they are. I know they hold well and knew I had a lot of other things to do. 
While they simmered I got the griddle working cranked some tunes and sparked up! 
Finished up with some over medium and scrambled eggs and toast. Eggs cook super fast if you start with a hot pan! 
The rest of the family came in for leftovers.. and it’s amazing how well they all share! Even a “mean old pitbull”
