Political: Typical Positive Discrimination in Canada

I was going to apply for a job I found on Indeed today. Unfortunately, I discovered that I'm the wrong color. Here is the actual position:

Technical Assistant

Note that it is 'covered' by the Munaca-PSAC bargaining unit. What is this? Well, have a look for your selves:

If you couldn't find it, just take a look at this 'Pay Equity' video supported by the Quebec government and ofc, by Munaca:

Essentially, they want to enforce equal outcome, over equal opportunity. Somehow they think they can determine precisely the value of each occupation, instead of letting the free market sort itself out. This is doomed to failure, obviously. They couldn't be more socialist or communist.

So this is how I see it. If I apply, I simply further the injustice by being added to the list of 'fair' but dismissed applicants. No matter how good I am for the position, they will no doubt find something wrong with me that isn't my skin color, even though that is precisely how they will choose their 'appropriate' candidate.

The racism (and sexism) by socialists is out of control...

Edit: Strange incorrect font formatting at end of piece socialists is out of control...
Definitely not used to formatting based on # of spaces at beginning of text... why? Can we go back to tags please?
