The FED-5 was produced by the FED factory in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov from 1977 until 1996. It is a 35mm range finder camera. It's completely mechanical. Uses a 39mm Leica screw mount and has a Industar-61 L/D 53mm F2.8 lens.
