Steemit's Hardfork 21 exercise came with several innovations, principal among them is the DOWNVOTING Power bar, which provided weighted ability to discredit seemingly substandard contents.
As altruistic as this was intended , many folks has raised some questions , because of their practical experiences about DOWNVOTING Power bar as Introduced. They are concerns about potential abuse of the opportunity to settle personal scores or personal opinions instead of communal perspectives.
