Years ago when I avoided carbs in general on the Atkins diet I would occasionally cheat with a cupcake or something like that. The feeling I would get was so unpleasant like my head was swimming or stuffed with cotton.
Since then, I've pretty much avoided all sugary food. Luckily for me, I don't crave sweet foods, but I'm probably going to face a health problem later in life from all of the salt I consume!
