in this post, i wanna tell you about Motorgrader

A motor grader is a sorting machine, and also commonly known as a machine with a blade, is a designer with a large blade used to create a flat surface.
Its characteristic is to have three axis axes, with taxi and engine / motor placed on the rear axle of the vehicle and with the eye piasu in the middle. The purpose of the grader is used as the final process (right leveling) of "hard / rough surfaces" by tools designed as heavier devices such as tractors and scrapers.

Motorgrader Function
Motor Grader is a tool that can be used in various variations of construction work. This ability is due to the flexible movements that are owned by blades and tire wheels. Generally the motor grader has the following functions:

  1. For equalization and the formation of ground level (spreading)

  2. For final project (finishing) and as maintenance of road project with short blade

  3. To make a ditch (ditching)

  4. To mix the soil / material (mixing),

  5. To dig channels, and widen the narrow path, and

  6. Used in road construction projects, airfields, and other extensive buildings.

Motor Grader or commonly called a grader is a heavy equipment that has a tire wheel with a tool in the form of a wide blade (blade) that serves the main to flatten the road. Therefore motor graders are often used in road work jobs. In road-building projects, motor graders become important actors at the finishing stage. Where motor graders in charge form the surface of the road like a horse's back. This means that the center of the road is 15 cm higher than the road shoulder. This aims to rain water can flow to the edge so it does not stagnate in the middle of the road.

But motor graders can also handle other jobs besides forming roads. For example the manufacture of drains (ditches) on the roadside. When working on making this ditch the side blade of the grader motor will be plugged in the channel area, then walk in the direction of the road. Then the blade (blade) will leave a trace in the form of drains or ditches.

Not only that. Even motor graders are also often used to make the slope of the ground on the roadside bluff or sloping (commonly called ngeslop). The result of the slope of the artificial ground of this motor grader is better than the work of the excavator. The slope of the ground will look neat and smooth and more appropriate to the desired tilt size.

The blade of this motor grader can be arranged so that its function can be converted into angle dozer, bulldozer, or tilting dozer, this is obviously more flexible than the dozer type, but you should know bulldozers are more effective in land evictions than graders.
