Chittagong: In the absence of awareness, hanging on a tree was done in Boalkhali upazila.
On Friday (April 13th) some of the enthusiastic people of Ghoshkhil village attacked the tiger and killed them.
Their allegation has started in the four Mashobagh area lately. Tigers attacking children and adolescents as well as eating chickens, poultry of households. Some students of primary school have stopped going to school because of fear.
Sakpura Union Parishad chairman Abdul Monaf told banglanews, "I informed the officials of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer and the forest department about the news of a few local people killed. But in the afternoon I did not see myself living or dead tigers in the area.
He said the victims said that four men started mudsling. Tigers did not even meet the forest department staff, but searched for them in Khalpar. When they saw Mashobagh, they asked to give their news.
An official of the forest department told banglanews, "We got the news of floating in a canal with a small fish in Ghoschheel. Due to the lack of food and housing in the hills mainly due to various types of wildlife in the country. Last year, three were handed over to Mechbagh Forest Department from a chicken farm in Madhapur. Those tigers were then released in the Kardlange mountains.
