I have been climb this mountain few years ago. Mount Burni Telong is still active, the mountain is precisely located in Gayo land or precisely in the area Lampahan, Kec. Timang Gajah, Kab. Bener Meriah. This mountain is often referred to as Burni Cempege which means a mountain full of sulfur. Mount Burni Telong has a height up to 2600 mdpl.

When i was reached the top of the mountain. I am very fascinated with the scenery that is served up there.
