Christmas may one of the closest things we have to a worldwide holiday. It's fascinating to read of different childhood experiences from around the world belonging to the same basic faith I was born into, even though my family did not participate in all the same traditions as @englishtchrivy did from her home in the Philippines. I don't think I knew what a cassava was as a kid, let alone being motivated to stay awake through long church services by the promise of a cassava cake! -=-

-=- It is easy to be “predicting” the market in one such as crypto right now. So everyone and their moms are posting charts and making predictions. Its actually really fun to do. But the problem is that some of these guys get huge followings and people think that the predictions are reliable. Even if these people are professional traders, this is a different beast of a market.
@numpypython writes about his experience following one such “guru” and shows a couple of examples of bad trades he made based on recommendations from them. Great advice and reminded. -=-
