Many big business people and the banking community refuse or insinuate the might of Bitcoin in the future.
Personally from my observations, the process of Bull and Bear will not be separated from positive and negative sentiments (regardless of hacking activities).
I don't think the statement from the Blockchain enthusiast is a big influence, rather than those who have been hanging out for a long time.
And now, does the value of Bitcoin increase because of the issue of Libra?
I'm not sure, and I have other considerations ...
