Bount0x (https://bounty0x.io) is bringing back the "Old West" to the common people. Yes, you read it correctly... The "Old West". Next year, we can relive these times on a fully decentralized bounty platform. You can choose out of three roles depending on your needs and of course character. The first role is the bounty hunter, the man or woman that is doing the hard work in the field by bringing in the criminals. The second role is the bounty sheriff that checks whether the bounty hunters are bringing in the right criminals. The last role is the bounty host, which says which criminals should be taken down and which price the bounty hunters should receive if the job is done successfully.
Are you already in the mood to take down those criminals? And be part of the "Old West" bounty system? Good, but let me stop you there for a second then, because I forgot to mention that they will put 21st century sauce around this "Old West" bounty system. Meaning, that there are no criminals that we can chase and take down for a sweet bounty. Instead, we have to complete less-violent bounties, such as social media taks and writing articles. Basically, any task is possible as long as it does not break the law.
The Bounty0x platform
I could write some very interesting general introduction here explaining all the main features of the Bounty0x platform. Thus, Bount0x will be a fully decentralized bounty platform, which main task is to simplify and automate the current bounty hunting process in the crypto space and beyond. The reviewing of simple bounty tasks like following and liking messages on Twitter or Facebook will be fully automated. More complex tasks like writing articles and YouTube videos will be reviewed by the bounty sheriffs. Finally, the most critical tasks are still managed by the bounty hosts themselves.
BNTY token
The platform also uses a new token called the BNTY Token. Each role has a different use case for this token:
• Bounty hunter - can stake the token to participate in the 'Super Bounties'. The Super Bounty entries are always checked by the bounty host. If you fail to comply to such a bounty then a portion of the staked token will be burned
• Bounty sheriff - stakes the token to be able to review bounty entries from the bounty hunters. When the sheriff fails to correctly review an entry then a portion of the staked token will be burned. If I am correctly, multiple sheriffs will review the same entry and then the majority will decide.
• Bounty host - is able to use the token to buy and unlock additional premium features from the platform
What is the current status?
Currently, the Bounty0x platform is under development, but there is already an alpha version available (https://alpha.bounty0x.io/). Multiple bounties from various companies can already be found there, so don't wait and start participating in several bounties!
Further, the main sale of this token will be later today, which is only for people on the whitelist. However, after 24 hours if the hard cap is not reached then everybody can buy a portion of the tokens.
