This is the first book in the Paranormalcy trilogy. Evie just wants to be a normal teenager. But as she has an ability that no one understands, to see through all glamour that paranormals have, she can’t be. But things are changing. The first is that a shape-shifter breaks into the Center and no one knows anything about him. And that is just the beginning. This is a great new take mixing in all the different paranormals in one story. There is so much that can happen with this trilogy. The story itself is brilliantly written. Evie is a strong kick but character but she is still very naive. I loved reading this book. The characters are great and well-formed. Lend is one of those characters you love to fall for, while Reth is the perfect bad guy. Put this book on your must-read list. And I can't wait to read the second book in the Paranormalcy trilogy, Supernaturally.
