Change Of Direction

After My First Year On Steemit

I spend one full year on Steemit creating content, networking in discord, investing in steem, learning new skills and attending Steemfest3 Mmy conclusion was to spend my time focusing elsewhere for my second year. It was not an easy decision to make but it was necessary. I am still hopeful that steem will be a success but I am going to have to step aside for the time being to earn money. I have built many relationships with people through Steemit and will keep involved enough to stay in contact and hope to return to creating content when my time allows this to happen and will probably be changing the type of content I create by staying focused on real estate and generating content in this realm when possible. It's a big change for me but I feel good about my decision and today I closed escrow on a buyer purchase so it's an indication that I am moving in a good direction.

Today I am going over and beyond my duties by helping my client move some furniture and personal items into his new condo located in The Willmore, built in 1925. I feel this is a personal touch that not many Realtors will do, I am doing this out of appreciation and will not see my clients as mere commission checks but as people starting new lives in new properties and doing everything I can to make it a pleasurable experience. Sometime a change in direction or perspective is necessary to make positive changes in life and this is exactly what I am doing for myself and my clients.
This is a very exciting time for me and I am currently working with 6 buyers and 1 seller on listing a really nice house. My take away on this is no matter where you focus your energy in life, give it 100% and if you succeed or fail you know you did everything in your power to make it happen.
