You never know what will happen to you tomorrow. For someone, this day will turn out to be a success, for someone a real hell. Alas, we do not choose what will happen. I'm a person who does not really believe in fate, but I understand that there are things that happen regardless of your decision.
Of course, in everything you need to take a positive, but how hard it is to do when you have a heavy load, ballast. And get rid of it in any way. Just need to survive. And alas, even the best psychologist will never tell you how to do it. It just takes time. Although it is not cure, but at least it helps to forget.
You can be distracted, try not to think. But while it's all on your shoulders, it's everywhere with you. Of course there are black and white stripes in life. Only for some reason, white stripes pass like one day, and black bars seem like a month. And it seems that a little more. But no.
Perhaps it's all because we do not appreciate the moments. We take for granted. And if you think about it. Life is moments. Appreciate the moments, and most importantly create them. Nobody except you can not, and most importantly, will not want to do it.

Никогда не знаешь что произойдет с тобой завтра. Для кого-то этот день окажется удачным, для кого-то сущим адом. Увы мы не выбираем что произойдет. Я человек который в судьбу не очень верит, но понимаю что есть вещи, которые происходят вне зависимости от вашего решения.
Конечно, во всем нужно извлекать позитив, но как же это сложно делать когда за спиной тяжкий груз, балласт. И от него избавиться никак. Просто нужно пережить. И увы даже самый лучший психолог никогда вам не скажет как это сделать. Просто нужно время. Оно хоть и не лечит, но по крайней мере помогает забыть.
Можно отвлекаться, стараться не думать. Но пока это все на ваших плечах, оно по всюду с вами. Конечно есть в жизни черные и белые полосы. Только почему то белые проходят как один день, а черные тянуться. И кажется что вот-вот. А нет.
Наверное это все от того что мы не ценим моменты. Принимаем как должное. А если подумать, и серьезно вдуматься то жизнь это и есть моменты. Цените эти моменты, а главное создавайте их. Никто кроме вас этого не сможет, а главное и не захочет это делать.
