On inquiring we came to know that the way the festival works is like everyday they would be given a theme, and they will have to build the sand art based on that and complete by 5 p.m. , after which they will be judged by a panel. And the theme for the day was Echo Tourism. So we decided to spend some time there and stay till the end, to see the finished arts. We spent some time in the Chandrabhaga Beach, which is a calm beach and a clash of its own.
