Sunday Funday

So its been a tough week this one, i have been extremely busy, been under the weather and not had much time to think about posting on steemit however the next couple of weeks are potentially very exciting, very very exciting. Hopefully i will be able to let you all know very soon why this is.

Today started with a nice 6.30am wakeup from Evie. We decided to let Mummy have a lay in so we went downstairs and put Lilo and Stitch on the telly to watch whilst she had her bottle. Watching all of these old kids films reliving my childhood through Evie is the best! A small mid morning nap was also on the cards especially now having to run around watching Evie now she is practically crawling.

Once Sophie was awake and we all had our breakfast, which today was egg on toast, We decided we would go for a walk around the local car boot. the last couple of weeks, we have managed to piivk up a few bargains like toys for Evie. We met @slayerkm down there so he could see littleone. Not much going on today at the carboot and i don't recall actually getting anything. weather was very muggy but a little cloudy.

We finished off the morning by doing the rounds popping round @slayerkm house and also popping to my sisters to so Evie could see them too. A cheeky Mcdonalds lunch round my sisters finished off a busy morning and went down a treat. It was then time to go home as Sophie had to get ready for a night shift at work.

This afternoon started with a nice little nap on the sofa with Evie preparing for a busy afternoon playing with all of her toys in the lounge. WOW she has built up a collection of toys and they now seem to be taking over the lounge. From teddy bears to building blocks and now moving on to cars. We have got a toy box for her but for some reason, thjis never gets used and i dont suppose they would all fit in there, but its so nice to see her having fun and playing with them. I always wonder what must be going through her head when she is playing.

We must have been playing for a good 3/4 hours this afternoon with a small snack in the middle consisting of some fruit and a yoghurt but now it was time to get Evie bathed and to bed so i could have some time this evening to chill and relax. A bath time this evening which involved no tears for the first time in a while and a nice easy bedtime. A quick tidy up downstairs ready for an evening of putting my feet up, watching a bit of the star sixes on sky sports and waiting for love island to start.
