2 Amazing Blogging Tools

There are many things that make a blog post great. But two things that I believe are essential to making a post stand out are the aesthetics of the post and the readability of the post. The 2 best ways to do this are by having great images and by having great grammar. Without these two, a post may look bland and the text may become unreadable. Here are 2 tools that can help out with that!

1. Canva

Canva.com is nothing new and is already very popular. But if you don't know about it, Canva is a quick, easy, and free tool that allows you to make great images using pre-built templates or by creating your own custom ones. Since it's a web-based platform, there is no need for any installations. For many, using Photoshop for a simple graphic design may be too complicated. Canva makes it extremely easy with drag and drop functionality and quick exports to JPG and PNG files.

2. Grammarly

From my experience, Grammarly.com isn't too widely known, but man is it powerful. Grammarly is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to import your text for it to be checked for spelling and grammar mistakes. Although it is a free tool, there is a paid option that allows for more complex sentence structure mistakes to be corrected.

As you can see above, Grammarly sees my spelling and grammar mistakes! After highlighting them, it offers correction suggestions on the right side of the interface. After spending a lot of time writing a post, you may not catch every mistake by reading through your written text. This is where Grammarly comes and saves the day!

Both Canva and Grammarly are great tools to use outside of blogging too! I use them for many projects and especially for school assignments. I hope you enjoy using them!

Best Wishes!
