Virat Kohli Is Great But Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar Is The Greatest.

Virat Kohli is great but Sachin Tendulkar is the greatest. Virat is already regarded as one of the greatest batsmen of his generation but Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is considered to be one of the greatest batsmen of all time.

Virat Kohli is still young and already holding quite a few records in the international arena and about to surpass a couple of too. He's just turned 30 a month ago and he's got plenty of cricket left in him.

A comparison will always be there if you like it or not. Who's greater? Is it Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar or Virat Kohli??

I normally don't go into the comparison part, rather I see calmness and politeness in Sachin and hunger for runs, aggressiveness in Virat's nature.

Let me give you a small example why I consider Sachin to be the greatest and not Virat Kohli.

Sachin played against the likes of Shoaib Akhtar, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Courtney Walsh, Curtly Ambrose, Glenn McGrath, Shane Warne, Muttiah Muralitharan, Shaun Pollock, Brett Lee, Shane Bond and scored a mammoth 34,000+ runs across all formats of the game (Tests, ODIs & T20Is) in his 25 years of prolonged career.

Sadly, Virat is not that much fortunate to have played against those legends mentioned above. I'm no way diminishing his stamina, credibility and talent but, one thing all of us should understand that if a comparison is to come then it is to be in the proper manner with an equal parameter in place then that comparison will be widely accepted. In this case, it's quite absurd for Virat Kohli to be compared with Legendary batsman Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar.
