Figuring out how to sit peacefully for a couple of minutes.

 By and by I get a kick out of the chance to ponder after my morning shower so I'm more conscious. You can sit for 5– 10 minutes peacefully and just listen?—?listen to the sounds around you, the warmer, the buzz of the fan, the movement outside your window?—?and in this procedure, you will figure out how to hear your actual self.  

 You will take in the distinction amongst internal and outward chasing, between continually going after increasingly and understanding that all that you require is correct where you as of now are.
