According to the delegations you provide as a ranked member you will get support from the overall SP pool.
A voting round is comprised of a circling around all the Ranked members and the Sponsored members.
The rounds
They happen around the clock every time i reach 100 VP i cast a vote for 1 of the members, they are not fixed in time, they are according to the list of members.
SKYWalker rank (1000 SP delegation)
You will get a 100% vote per round
SITH Lord (1500 SP delegation)
You will get a 100% vote and a 50% vote on a different post if is avalible per round.
JEDI (2000 SP delegation)
You will get 2 100% votes on two different posts if available per round.
