Hello friends! It's been a long time! I had to take a small time out in Steemit!- .Oh, packing up and moving stuff is a drag!

So...

Today is tuesday and this is the right time to continue reviewing the musical events that I visit in Berlin!

I already introduced you to a club called Hangar, 49, where I visit almost every Wednesday. However, this time we went to another place called Zosch.

This pub is positioned as a jazz club! Perfectly! I need to see this through!

This is how the entrance to Zosch looks.

The club a busy split-level. The upper level is the bar and restaurant. We arrived in Zosch after dinner, this level is way too small-time for me!

The concerts take place in underground floor - lower level.

So, today in the program the jazz band La foot Creole! New Orleans jazz!

πŸ€” Wouldn't call myself a fan of this style, but still, it's not bad!

The concert has not started yet, it's worth a look around and talk about the New Orleans jazz!!

Many of you know that New Orleans jazz is the classic in other words most archaic jazz style that originated in New Orleans, Louisiana in the early 20th century. This wonderful musical city has produced some of the greatest musicians of all time, including Louis Armstrong, Sydney Bechet, gospel singer Mahalia Jackson and pianist Dr John.

You'd never, ever, ever get bored herΠ΅!πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

The forefathers of the first jazz bands are the street marching bands of New Orleans composed mainly of African-American musicians. It all began in 1865, when the Civil War ended in the United States. In New Orleans and in other cities military bands have ceased to exist. On sales there were many musical instruments that once belonged to disbanded orchestras. Due to the fact that the prices for them were low, many of these tools were purchased by African-American music lovers.

It's a really pretty doors, is not it? πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜

Gradually began to by created amateur orchestras of African-Americans, whose repertoire consisted mainly of folk dance pieces, marches, religious and folk music.
But the ways of African American folklore and jazz diverge from the time of the discovery of Storeville, the red light district of New Orleans, famous for its entertainment establishments. There was a lot of tempting opportunities for those who wanted to have fun - dance floors, cabaret, variety show, circus, bars and restaurants. And everywhere in these institutions sounded music, where street musicians could find work by mastering new syncopated music.
From 1910 to 1917, nightlife of Storyville became an ideal environment for jazz.

Yippee! β€” The concert began! Enjoy!
