Ever look at something and think that would make a great picture! You miss that picture because you don't have your DSLR with you. You always carry your phone with you and most of us has some sort of smartphone. They can take really good pictures and it is easy to carry around instead of all the lenses and bag with all the extras.
All these pictures were taken with my smartphone Which is an LGL41C. It is not really an expensive smartphone like a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus or the Huawei P20 Pro and if you are into Apple then I will mention the Apple iPhone 8. Even LG makes some really expensive ones, I have found that 9 times out of 10 most of the cameras in the phones are pretty much the same. So do not be afraid to use your phone to take the pictures that you would have missed because you did not have your camera with you. Take the pictures and have some fun with them. Because learning to be a good photographer is all about taking lots of pictures and seeing what catches your eye and then showing others and getting the opinions of others.
You can learn a lot by just taking more photos and it will be lots of fun. There are some tips and certain techniques that are taught in many photography classes but if you are like me and do not have the money for school look online and find some that are free or are very cost effective and start learning about the world that is around you through the lens of a camera or the screen of a smartphone. The most important thing is you are having fun learning about photography and taking pictures.
