The use of electric cars in Germany is increasing and in this article we would like to share the latest statistics with you.

Electric cars are not only enjoying a steadily growing fanbase in Norway. There is also a constant rethinking taking place in Germany. On the one hand, the supply of vehicles is increasing, on the other hand, the purchase prices are slowly sinking. However, there will be some time left before a revolution in electric cars takes place in Germany.

The main reasons for the purchase of an electric car are the environmental relief and the interest in the innovative vehicle technology in the foreground

In 2011 there were only 2307 electric cars in Germany and since then there has been a steady increase. On January 1. 2018, there were already 53,861 electric cars in Germany.
