I sell plants and food products at a local market called Samstagsmarkt in Leipzig.
This season I served lunch once a week with my partner as @gohan.power team at a local cantina.
When I provide and produce food, I would like to be transparent. On the other hand inputting whole the detailed information for traceability can be stressful for producers. So I write what's must such as allergen and happy to talk about the rest when I'm asked.
I wonder there is a fun way to ensure traceability ..............
Recording production process on Hive as a blog post with a tag can be a casual and fun solution. Posting an article with a smart phone is casual and we may have reward from readers' upvotes!
As a sample, I record part of our Shiso Syrup production process on Hive:
- Plants we grow this year: Japanese summer herb "Shiso"
- Shiso leaves from a local urbangarden and a farm
A producer friendly interface is certainly needed. But base system is already there: Hive.blog! It'll be my project this autumn/winter after I have some more series of data to be used for prototyping.
トレーサビリティって大事だと思います。商品を選ぶときに「これってどうやって作られたんだろう？」と疑問に思っても、なかなか簡単に情報を得られません。
〇〇さんが作りました！みたいなシールもいいことはいいのですが、、、知りたい時に知りたい情報を得られるといいなと思っています。作った人と合わせて、どのように作られてきたか経過も知りたいことがあります。
とはいえ、いろいろ記録するのって生産者としては面倒ですよね。私も小規模生産者としてそう思います。何か楽しい方法はないかなー、気軽な方法はないかなー・・・

ということで、ドイツで生産している紫蘇シロップについてちょこちょこ生産の過程を記録しています。もう少しデータがたまったら生産者が使いやすいインターフェイスを作りたいです。
昔Steemit時代にはいっぱいいいプロジェクトがあって、活動の記録を投稿して報酬がついて、活動資金になるみたいな時代があったんですよね。応援するのも楽しかったです。あんな感じでまた盛り上がらないかな 😊
