En este sistema las personas naturales o jurídicas que estén inscritas en el Registro Único de Minería Digital podrán adquirir este y otros tipos de criptomonedas de libre uso y demanda en Venezuela, siempre y cuando estén “autorizadas”.
Maduro, afirmó que se trata de “la única criptomoneda en el mundo que va empezar sus funciones sustentada en una riqueza comprobable, certificada y verificable”. ¿Que pienso yo acerca del Petro?
El Petro es una salida. Actualmente Venezuela posee una restricción financiera que le dificulta la venta de barriles de petróleo. El gobierno bolivariano de Venezuela está buscando recuperar partes de esas ganancias con la implementación del petro. De ahí es que se deriva su cotización (al inicio) el precio ira fluctuando dado su respaldo no solo con el barril del petróleo, sino con el oro, gas y diamante. Debido a que las practicas con las criptomonedas se dan de manera desreguladas en la mayoría de los países, esto permite comercializar activos o bienes mediante esta criptomoneda y evitarse muchas de las sanciones actuales. Venezuela actualmente posee un déficit de papel para imprimir billetes por lo que está apostando por implementar un sistema de operaciones electrónicas en el país a través de mecanismo que ya han venido sonando. Sin embargo el Gobierno buscara revertir esta situación mediante una jugada curiosa invirtiendo ellos mismo en su criptomoneda dando entender al pueblo que la implementación del petro ha sido factible y con el tiempo permitir que este sea regulado mediante un simple juego de la oferta y la demanda determinada por el pueblo.
