Try to imagine the challenges encountered by early explorers. There were no paths to follow. Each new day brought new challenges and surprises. Life was an adventure. The development of new strategic uses for blockchain technology is a similar adventure. 
Not everyone enjoys the unknown adventures offered by exploring new territory. There are people who prefer the slow steady motion of a merry-go-round to the speed and thrill of a roller coaster.

As part of the process of exploring the new territories of blockchain technology, I am becoming more optimistic. I see very smart visionary types of people push to map out the future. They are changing the world! It is a magical time.
Blockchain technology is here to stay. The interfaces to that technology is still rough. These will evolve quickly as modular libraries of functional utilities are built. The use of modular development libraries has been common for at least 20 years. Blockchain modules and interfaces are new.
As roads and maps tamed the navigation of physical geography, the evolution of blockchain systems will simplify the future.
