DCC in Korea — Blockchain Seoul & Block Seoul Global Crypto Investor Summit

September was a busy month in Korea! We were at two exciting events during the week of the 16th — Blockchain Seoul 2018 and the Block Seoul Global Crypto Investor Summit.

Together with investors, projects and journalists around the world, we explored the new opportunities blockchain could bring to both developed and developing countries, the importance and evolution of crypto-related regulations, the current state of cryptocurrency investments, and their influence on the traditional capital market. As an active member in the blockchain community, we’re looking forward to helping accelerate the formation of an organized market, which is crucial to achieving global inclusive finance.

DCC at Consensus Singapore

On September 19 and 20, we attended Consensus Singapore 2018, one of the most influential global events in the blockchain industry. We met with representatives from crypto exchanges, blockchain projects, venture capital firms and digital asset management firms.

Tech Developments

BitExpress:

About BitExpress: This DApp supported by DCC enables users to maintain credit data, apply for crypto loans, and maintain loan reports on the DCC chain. On BitExpress, users fully own and control their credit data. In addition to loans, you can also deposit your digital assets to earn interest, and collect eco rewards by completing your profile.

An updated version of BitExpress will be available by October 1. In this version, another crypto deposit program will be available, and users can also view a list of deposit programs.

The DCC Platform:

We’ve finalized the development of the anti-fraud SDK with data from Tongdun. This SDK is expected to be available on the DCC Platform in early October.

We’ve finished importing social security payment data and education background data, and our engineers are testing the corresponding SDKs.

Our tech team has started incorporating Vietnamese personal databases, including ID, passport, household registration, student ID, proof of income and driver’s license information. These SDKs will be released by the end of October.
