What is Typerium?

Typerium at this moment is just an ethereum token. But the team has big ambitions. They want to become the go to decentralized token based social media plattform that rewards creators with a special token. Just like the Steem blockchain they want to eliminate the problem of large corporations like Facebook or Google having way too much power over the content we see. Another problem with the current systems is that they are centralized which means all of the content could be gone if one of those large players goes out of business. How does it differ from Steem?

Typerium is not simply a copy of Steem but they offer a lot of different features Steem doesn't offer. One of their biggest goals is to protect intellectual property utilizing smart contracts. This will encurage creators to produce high quality content because they can be sure it won't be stolen. Another feature they want to offer are built in software to create content which should incentivize creators to use the plattform. This is supposed to create an all in one experience for the user. The platform will also provide an integrated instant messaging service.
