Tuesday nights are always fun with our back to back Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes. Tonight the ladies were drilling sweeps from butterfly guard. After getting the sweep and sit thru to stabilize side control we began working for an arm bar.
The coed class worked on spider guard sweeps with Professor Cabeça. We had fun drilling a few different sweeps and learning how to use each one depending on how our training partners shifted weight of postured.
