In my recent post on Cryptonomex considering its fund raising options, I promised to explain the details of how all the relevant crowdfunding regulations work. I'll start by simply posting some reference material I found useful.
First, a summary table of what can now be done. If you wonder why we do certain crazy and byzantine things, it probably traces back to one of these. Nevertheless, these rules are so freaking much better than what we had before, that it makes little sense to work around them and live in the Twilight Zone of legitimacy, forever looking over your shoulder.
